  1. How do I register?
    Registration on TeeTimeSavings.com is very simple. There are three easy steps, please click here to register. If you have any trouble, please contact us at info@teetimesavings.com and we will be glad to assist you.
  2. How can I change my e-mail address or any account information?
    Login to the website. Select the link "Profile Settings". This page will allow you to change or edit your TeeTimeSavings.com account information. If you need to change your email address, please contact us at info@teetimesavings.com.
  3. How do I make a Purchase?
    Click on the "How to Buy" tab to learn how.
  4. When can I use the golf?
    Each item has specific valid dates that the rounds of golf are good through. If the tee time is only valid within a two or four week window and you are rained out, please see FAQ #5.
  5. What if my tee time is rained out?
    If your tee time is rained out and the course is closed, please contact us at info@teetimesavings.com and we will be glad to issue you a refund. IMPORTANT - NO REFUNDS will be offered on any purchased tee time or golf packages unless the course is closed due to weather.
  6. What if I did not use the round(s) that I purchased or I could not use them?
    By purchasing items on TeeTimeSavings.com, you are agreeing to pay for the items purchased. You are responsible for payment whether you use the rounds or not. NO REFUNDS will be offered on rounds unless courses are closed due to extreme weather conditions. If you are unable to use the tee time voucher in the allotted time frame and it is an extreme situation, please call the course and explain. THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REFUSE YOUR REQUEST AT THIS TIME.
  7. How will I know I have purchased an Item?
    You will receive two e-mails from TeeTimeSavings.com confirming your purchase. The first e-mail will be titled "Your order on TeeTimeSavings.com" This e-mail is the confirmation e-mail you take to the course as your proof to play. The second e-mail will be titled "Your Purchase Order". This e-mail is for your records and is your invoice for the item. After purchasing an item, you are responsible for calling the course and arranging your tee time. You will not be accepted at the course without a prior reservation and your confirmation voucher.
  8. What do I do after I purchase than Item?
    Print out the attached PDF that is with your confirmation e-mail. You can also print out the Confirmation Voucher directly after making the purchase.  Next, call the course to make a tee time.  Your MUST mention that you have a certificate purchased on TeeTimeSavings.com. Take your confirmation voucher with you to the course and enjoy your round!
  9. How do I pay for an item I have purchased?
    During the checkout process, you will be required to enter a credit card number for each transaction.  TeeTimeSavings.com does not store credit card information.
  10. Do I have to make a tee time?
    Yes! You must call the golf course and schedule your tee time in advance. You will not be allowed to play without a valid tee time and your confirmation e-mail.
  11. Is there anything I need to take to the course when I go to play?
    Yes, your confirmation voucher. That is your proof of payment for those rounds of golf.
  12. Can I give my rounds of golf to a friend?
    Yes! However, your friend will still have to provide the course with the confirmation voucher.
  13. Can I take additional golfers?
    We encourage you to take additional golfers with you the day you play. Be sure to call the course and schedule a tee time and then let them know how many people will be joining you. Any additional golfers who do not have certificates from Tee Time Savings will need to pay the daily rate at the course.
  14. Can I take a group of golfers, all paid by TeeTimeSavings.com items?
    For a group of up to eight golfers, you may use TeeTimeSavings.com to pay for your golf. However, if you would like to take a group of golfers larger than 8, please contact the course BEFORE purchasing your certificates to verify that they will allow a large group to play by paying with TeeTimeSavings.com certificates.
  15. How can I get a course involved?
    If you are a course owner please contact us and a representative will follow up with your request immediately. If there is a course you would like to see listed on TeeTimeSavings.com, please contact us at info@teetimesavings.com.
  16. I am not receiving any confirmation after I purchase and item.
    If you are not receiving any e-mails from info@teetimesavings please add those two to your Safe Senders List. If you are waiting on Confirmation Golf Voucher from us, please be sure to check your junk/spam mail
  17. If you are unable to locate them, you may do the following:
    • Log on to Tee Time Savings
    • Select Profile Options
    • Scroll down to your orders
    • Click on the Order #
    • Click the print icon (it is directly above the words “Thank you”)
  18. I used to have an account on GolfUS.com. Does it work on TeeTimeSavings.com?
    Yes.  If you have registered for an account after June of 2008 on GolfUS.com, your account information will transfer automatically to the new TeeTimeSavings.com.  There will be no need to reregister and your password and username from GolfUS.com WILL work on TeeTimeSavings.com.
  19. How can I ensure that I receive my email confirmations?

    Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express
  • Some versions of Outlook include a "junk e-mail" option. If your version of Outlook includes this feature, make sure info@teetimesavings.com is identified as NOT being a source of junk e-mail.
  • Some versions of Outlook allow e-mail from addresses included in your Contacts list. Add info@teetimesavings.com to your Contacts list by opening the email and in the "From" field, right-click the name of sender and click "Add to Contacts", then click "Save and Close."
  • Sometimes Outlook users install a third party add-on, such as Qurb or Spam Assassin, to reduce junk mail. If you've installed a program such as this, see the section below.

    AOL
    Open an e-mail you've received from us. Click the Add Address button (on the right). The email address will be prepopulated in the "Contact Details" or "Address Card for New Contact" pop-up. Click "Save".

    Hotmail/MSN
    Click the Options link, on the main menu tabs, then Safe List. Type: info@teetimesavings.com in your Safe List. If you see one of our messages in your Junk Mail folder, click 'This is not Junk Mail' to avoid having e-mail from us sent there in the future.

    Yahoo!
    Open your Yahoo! mailbox. Click Mail Options. Click Filters. Click Add Filter. In the top row, labeled 'From header:' make sure Contains is selected in the pull-down menu. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, and then enter the address: info@teetimesavings.com . At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message To:" select Inbox from the pull-down menu. Click the Add Filter button again.

    Earthlink
    Add info@teetimesavings.com to your allowed sender list.

    Gmail
    Open an email you've received from us. Click "More Options" in the email header. Click "Add Sender to Contact List."

    Third Party Add-ons (Qurb, Spam Assassin, etc.)
    These products usually include a "white list" that contains e-mail addresses that should always be allowed and never considered spam. See your help details for specific assistance. One of the following methods typically is used:
